Sue Vrooman was born and raised in South Dakota. She and her husband Bruce moved to Northern Wisconsin in 2001 where they developed friendships with many neighbors and community members. In 2022, she realized her dream of sharing the story of how she met her birth mother. She hoped her story would inspire and encourage others who are on an adoption journey.
